Refunds

If a refund is necessary, please provide your bank details, including the registration number and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely sent via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of the return shipment. When returning an item, ensure it is properly packaged. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and attach our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any decrease in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used more extensively than described above, it will be considered used. This means that, if you cancel the purchase, you may receive only part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s market value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you should test the item without actually putting it into regular use.
